Incumbent Chrissy Houlahan holds a commanding position in the Pennsylvania 6th congressional district race, where traders assign the Democratic Party a 93.5% implied probability of victory. The district encompasses Chester County and parts of Berks County, a suburban area that has trended Democratic in recent cycles and carries a partisan voting index favoring Democrats by roughly six points. Houlahan, first elected in 2018, secured strong prior margins and advanced unopposed through the May 2026 Democratic primary, while Republican nominee Marty Young faces limited fundraising and visibility. Forecasters rate the seat Solid or Safe Democratic, reflecting consistent voter patterns and the absence of major scandals or national shifts that typically alter such races. A late-breaking development, such as an unexpected national wave or significant local controversy, would be required to narrow the gap before the November 3 general election.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
