Arkansas’s 3rd congressional district remains a solidly Republican seat heading into the November 2026 general election. Incumbent Steve Womack faces Democrat Robb Ryerse and Libertarian Bobby Wilson after both major-party primaries were canceled for lack of challengers. The district’s consistent Republican voting patterns, reflected in Womack’s 2024 margin above 25 points and uniform “Solid Republican” or “Safe Republican” ratings from nonpartisan forecasters, underpin the 93.5% trader consensus for a Republican victory. Limited name recognition or fundraising for the Democratic nominee and the absence of competitive primary dynamics or recent polling shifts reinforce this positioning. Realistic scenarios that could alter the outcome include a major late-campaign development such as a candidate withdrawal, significant scandal, or unusually strong national Democratic performance that narrows historical margins.

A candidate's party will be determined by their ballot-listed or otherwise identifiable affiliation with that party at the time all of the 2026 House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources. A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
