**Official observations from Miami International Airport recorded a daily maximum of 91°F on September 4, 2026, driving the market's near-certain consensus on the 90-91°F bin.** National Weather Service climate summaries and automated station data (KMIA) confirm this peak occurred around midday under partly cloudy skies with light easterly flow and minimal precipitation (0.03 inches). The value sits just above the September normal high near 90°F and aligns with typical late-summer conditions influenced by a moist subtropical airmass. With the event concluded, market-implied odds reflect the finalized measurement rather than forecasts. Only an unprecedented post-hoc data revision or station relocation dispute could alter the outcome, both of which are exceedingly rare for NWS-validated records.
