Recent National Weather Service and private model guidance for Dallas shows a stable high-pressure ridge supporting mostly sunny skies and southerly flow, with afternoon highs forecast near 100–101°F on September 7. This places the most likely outcome in the 98–101°F range, consistent with the market’s heaviest trading at 98–99°F (51%) and 100–101°F (38.5%). The pattern exceeds the 1991–2020 climatological average high of 92°F, reflecting persistent late-summer warmth and minimal cloud cover or precipitation that could moderate temperatures. Short-term model agreement remains high with little expected change before resolution, though minor forecast adjustments from the National Weather Service could still shift the final observed high within the leading bins.
