Current forecast models from sources including the National Weather Service indicate overnight lows in Los Angeles on September 19 will likely settle in the mid-to-upper 60s, driven by clear to partly cloudy skies allowing moderate radiative cooling overnight while the marine layer and Pacific influence limit further drops. Light winds and stable high pressure have maintained this pattern in recent days, consistent with the September climatological average low near 63°F at downtown and airport stations. Trader consensus favoring the 66-67°F bin reflects alignment across GFS and other guidance, with lower-probability colder outcomes requiring an unexpected strengthening of offshore flow or clearer conditions. Updated model runs and official observations tomorrow will determine final resolution.
