Recent official forecasts from Russia's Hydrometcenter and international models such as GFS indicate a daytime maximum of 17–19°C in Moscow on September 18, driven by warm southwesterly airflow and variable cloud cover with light morning showers that limit peak heating. Hourly observations through midday show readings climbing from the low teens toward 16–18°C by afternoon under mostly cloudy skies, consistent with late-September climatology where typical highs range 15–18°C. Trader consensus favoring 17°C (52%) and 16°C (39%) reflects this narrow range, with lower odds on 18°C or higher tied to the moderating influence of precipitation and limited solar insolation. Updated model runs and real-time station data will determine final resolution.
