Recent National Weather Service and model guidance points to overnight lows in the upper 70s to low 80s for Dallas on September 6, with southerly flow and mostly clear skies limiting radiational cooling under continued high humidity and heat indices above 105°F. Recent DFW observations show minimums of 76–78°F amid a prolonged warm pattern well above the 1991–2020 average low of 73.6°F, supporting trader concentration on the 78–83°F brackets as the most probable range. No significant frontal passage or cloud cover is expected to alter the thermal profile before resolution, though minor forecast adjustments in steering winds or dew points could shift the exact minimum within that window.
