Recent polling shows the Parti Québécois and Coalition Avenir Québec in a tight race for the most seats ahead of the October 5 election, with the Quebec Liberal Party (PLQ) projected in the low-to-mid 30s. PLQ support remains heavily concentrated in Montreal ridings among anglophone and allophone voters, limiting its path to broader gains despite consistent strength in those areas. Francophone voter intentions have shifted toward the PQ and CAQ amid campaign focus on trade tensions with the United States, contributing to recent drops in PLQ numbers. Seat models reflect this geographic split and ongoing volatility, with the market range centered on 28–35 seats. Additional polls and regional turnout patterns in battleground districts could narrow or widen those ranges before election day.
