Current National Weather Service and model guidance for Dallas on September 6 points to sunny skies, light southeast winds, and strong daytime heating under a stable high-pressure pattern, with forecast highs centered near 100°F and heat indices near 107°F. Recent observations show similar conditions persisting since early September, with daily maxima of 94–101°F amid above-average temperatures relative to the 92.5°F climatological normal. Trader consensus remains split between the 98–99°F and 100–101°F brackets because small differences in afternoon mixing, cloud cover, or boundary-layer moisture could shift the exact peak by 1–2°F, while probabilities drop sharply outside this narrow window given the consistent model agreement and lack of frontal systems.
