North Carolina's 10th congressional district carries a Republican-leaning partisan voting index around R+9, which underpins the strong trader consensus favoring the Republican nominee. Incumbent Pat Harrigan secured renomination in the March 2026 primary with roughly 88 percent of the vote and faces Democratic nominee Ashley Bell in the November general election. Nonpartisan ratings classify the seat as Solid Republican, reflecting consistent past election margins and limited crossover appeal for challengers. With the primary phase complete and no major developments altering the district's fundamentals in recent months, implied probabilities align with the structural advantages of incumbency and voter composition in this safely held seat.
