Incumbent Republican Roger Williams seeks reelection in Texas's 25th congressional district on November 3, 2026, facing Democratic nominee Dione Sims after both won their March primaries. The seat carries a Cook Partisan Voter Index of R+11 following 2025 redistricting that slightly narrowed its prior Republican tilt, yet it remains among the more reliably GOP-leaning districts nationally based on recent presidential and Senate results. Nonpartisan forecasters rate the race Solid Republican or Lean Republican, reflecting the district's exurban and rural composition stretching from Fort Worth-area suburbs into central Texas counties. With Williams holding the seat since 2013 and no significant primary opposition or late-cycle developments shifting the environment, trader consensus assigns the Republican Party an implied probability near 88 percent.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
