**Official forecasts from the Japan Meteorological Agency and major weather models point to a cool, rainy day in Tokyo on September 6, with daytime highs likely between 23–25°C.** Persistent frontal activity and northerly winds are expected to maintain widespread cloud cover and heavy precipitation, limiting solar heating and keeping temperatures well below the early-September climatological average near 29°C. Multiple sources, including JMA guidance and ensemble outputs, converge on this range, with minimal spread suggesting low uncertainty in the maximum. Trader consensus, reflected in the 38.5% implied probability for 24°C and 24.5% for 25°C, aligns closely with this evidence-based outlook, while lower probabilities for 26°C or above indicate limited upside potential absent a rapid model shift.
