Recent forecasts from the Russian Hydrometeorological Center and international models such as GFS and ECMWF indicate a cool, mostly cloudy day with northwest winds and light rain possible, limiting daytime heating. High temperatures are projected to peak near 12–13°C, well below the long-term September 7 average of 18°C, as a cooler air mass dominates following recent unsettled weather. These conditions support the market’s leading outcomes at 12°C and 13°C, which together exceed 80% implied probability. Minor model variations in cloud cover or timing of any showers could shift the exact maximum by 1°C, but consensus remains tight ahead of tomorrow’s official observations.
