Current forecast models from sources including the Met Office and regional analyses project a high near 30–31°C in Karachi on September 6, driven by persistent westerly winds of 15–18 mph, mostly cloudy skies, and moderate humidity around 60–80% that limit daytime heating. Sea-surface temperatures near 28°C and the coastal setting further moderate extremes through enhanced mixing and sea-breeze effects. Historical September averages hover near 32–33°C, but recent model runs show slightly suppressed maxima from increased cloud cover compared with clearer conditions earlier in the season. Trader consensus splits closely between 31°C and 32°C because small differences in afternoon wind gusts or cloud timing could shift the observed peak by 1°C, with low rain chances keeping outcomes tightly clustered.
