Recent National Weather Service and local forecasts indicate a high near 91°F for Denver on September 6, driven by a persistent upper-level ridge maintaining above-average warmth while scattered thunderstorms develop in the afternoon. This setup favors the 90–91°F bin as the leading outcome, with a secondary chance for 92–93°F if daytime heating peaks before convection organizes. Model consensus shows modest cooling potential from cloud cover and precipitation, consistent with the market’s tight clustering around the low 90s. Historical averages near 83°F underscore the current anomaly, though late-summer variability and thunderstorm timing introduce the observed spread in implied probabilities. Updated model runs and afternoon observations will refine resolution criteria ahead of market close.
