In Georgia's 3rd Congressional District, Republican incumbent Brian Jack faces Democrat Maura Keller in the November 3, 2026 general election under state rules that trigger a runoff absent a majority vote share. Jack's primary performance and the district's recent partisan voting patterns underpin the slight trader edge for an outright winner, while the near-even odds reflect uncertainty over midterm turnout levels, potential vote splitting among independents or minor candidates, and the margin needed to clear 50 percent. Recent Democratic primary consolidation behind Keller and standard campaign fundraising reports have kept the contest in focus without major shifts. Factors that could alter probabilities include new polling on candidate support, turnout projections for battleground precincts, or late endorsements that consolidate or fragment the vote.
