Bakir Izetbegović leads the market at 54% as the SDA president and former Bosniak Presidency member, drawing on the party's established organizational base and voter discontent with the incumbent Troika coalition's governance record ahead of the October 4, 2026 election. Denis Bećirović, the sitting member backed by a 14-party alliance including the SDP, holds 38% after his decisive 2022 victory but faces headwinds from economic critiques and coalition fatigue that have narrowed his edge in trader assessments. Semir Efendić's independent SBiH candidacy registers only 2.5%, reflecting limited prospects for meaningful vote-splitting among Bosniak voters in the Federation. Recent party decisions confirming these candidacies, combined with ongoing debates over federal performance and institutional stability, have shaped the current pricing without altering the core contest between the two frontrunners.
