Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.Official National Weather Service forecasts for Miami on September 5, 2026, call for a high near 89°F under mostly sunny skies with a 50% chance of afternoon showers and thunderstorms, consistent with typical late-summer steering patterns and moisture from the southeast. These conditions, combined with high humidity yielding heat indices above 100°F, support trader consensus around the 90-91°F bin as the most probable outcome. Recent days saw peaks near 91-93°F, but increased cloud cover and convective activity today introduce slight cooling potential that caps odds for 92°F or higher. Model guidance shows limited disagreement, with no strong high-pressure ridge or frontal passage to drive extremes, aligning market-implied probabilities with climatological September averages near 88-90°F and observed afternoon thunderstorm timing.
