Official forecasts from the National Weather Service and model guidance point to a highest temperature near 88–90°F for Miami on August 31, driven by easterly winds, high humidity, and scattered afternoon thunderstorms that limit daytime heating. This aligns closely with the long-term average high of 90.2°F and recent late-August patterns featuring convective activity and heat indices above 105°F despite moderate air temperatures. Trader emphasis on the 90–91°F bin reflects this consensus while accounting for minor model variability in storm timing and intensity ahead of resolution.
