Official forecasts from agencies including the Turkish State Meteorological Service point to a daytime maximum of 29–30°C in Ankara on September 5 under clear skies and light northeasterly flow. Dry continental air, minimal cloud cover, and strong daytime solar insolation support efficient surface heating, with hourly models showing peaks near 30°C before radiative cooling begins after sunset. These conditions align with late-summer climatology for central Anatolia, where highs typically reach the upper 20s Celsius absent synoptic disturbances. Market-implied odds heavily favor 29°C as the daily maximum, reflecting consensus across numerical weather prediction runs that show little potential for either stronger warming or cooling influences on this date.
