The UN-authorized International Stabilization Force has received troop pledges from Morocco—which signed a participation agreement in July 2026—along with Albania, Kazakhstan, and Kosovo, though full deployment remains stalled pending verified weapons decommissioning and remains subject to the mandate expiring in 2027. Recent Israeli rejection of elements in the Trump-backed plan and periodic ceasefire violations underscore barriers to expanded international involvement. Traders monitor disarmament milestones, aid surges, and diplomatic coordination among the US, Qatar, Egypt, and Turkey as key catalysts that could accelerate or delay intervention timelines.
