Recent Met Office guidance and supporting numerical weather models indicate a peak daytime temperature near 24–25 °C for London on September 14, driven by southwest winds, partial cloud cover, and limited daytime heating under a relatively stable air mass. This consensus positions 24 °C as the modal outcome in trader pricing, with 25 °C as a close secondary possibility if afternoon breaks allow slightly stronger insolation. Mid-September climatology shows typical maxima around 18–20 °C, so current warmth reflects a transient ridge influence before cooler, showery air arrives later in the week. Model runs through the evening of September 13 continue to cluster in this narrow range, though small timing shifts in cloud or wind could nudge the observed high by 1 °C either way before official verification.

To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
