Recent National Weather Service forecasts and model guidance indicate a Sunday low of 63–65°F for New York City as a warm front and surface low bring widespread showers and southeasterly flow, limiting overnight radiative cooling. This consensus places the outcome near the 62–65°F bins, yet market-implied odds remain nearly even between 55°F or below and 74°F or higher because of lingering spread in guidance on cloud cover, rainfall timing, and boundary-layer moisture that could either enhance or suppress the minimum. Historical September variability and the proximity of resolution amplify uncertainty in these near-term variables.
