Current forecast models from sources including GFS and ECMWF indicate a minimum temperature near 17°C in Milan on September 19 under clearing high pressure, with light northeast winds and minimal overnight cloud cover favoring radiative cooling. This follows scattered showers on the 18th that have raised surface humidity, yet the Po Valley's typical mid-September climatology supports overnight lows in the mid-teens Celsius when skies clear. Model consensus remains tight on the range, though small variations in boundary-layer moisture or wind speed could shift the exact minimum by 1–2°C. Traders appear to weigh both the central forecast and tail risks from any lingering frontal influences, producing balanced market-implied odds across cooler and warmer outcomes ahead of final overnight model updates.
