Keith Faber holds a strong lead in trader consensus for the November 3, 2026, Ohio attorney general race, reflecting the state's Republican lean and his background as state auditor with prior legislative leadership. He secured the GOP nomination without primary opposition after term-limited incumbent Dave Yost resigned earlier in the year. A recent endorsement from former President Trump has reinforced his position as the frontrunner. Democratic nominee John Kulewicz, a retired attorney and Upper Arlington city councilor who won his primary, faces structural challenges in a state where Republicans have held the office for over a decade. Limited recent polling or major campaign developments have kept probabilities stable, with the general election outcome likely hinging on turnout and broader statewide trends.
