Incumbent Republican Claudia Tenney faces Democratic nominee Alissa Ellman in New York’s 24th congressional district on November 3, 2026. The district’s R+11 Partisan Voter Index, combined with Tenney’s established fundraising advantage exceeding $1.5 million and uncontested Republican primary, underpins trader consensus favoring the Republican Party at 89.5%. All major race ratings classify the seat as Solid or Safe Republican, reflecting limited Democratic resources and no recent polling shifts or national environment changes that have narrowed the gap. The June Democratic primary outcome and consistent ratings since early 2026 have reinforced expectations of continued Republican control absent major late-cycle developments.

A candidate without a ballot-listed affiliation to either the Democrat or Republican parties will be considered a member of one of these parties based on the party with which they most recently expressed their intent to caucus at the time all of the House elections are conclusively called by this market's resolution sources.
This market will resolve based on the result of the election as indicated by a consensus of credible reporting. If there is ambiguity, this market will resolve based solely on the official results as reported by the United States government, specifically the Federal Election Commission (https://www.fec.gov/).
