Recent short-range forecasts from regional models and the Meteorological Service Singapore indicate a daily minimum near 26–27°C for September 14, consistent with the month’s climatological average low of about 25°C and prevailing southeasterly flow with scattered showers. This baseline supports elevated market-implied odds for the 25–28°C range, while the leading 46% probability on 22°C or below likely reflects trader assessment of forecast uncertainty, potential localized cooling from overnight convection, or rare historical September minima near 20°C. Above-normal regional temperatures projected for September 2026 provide limited downside risk, with next model runs and official updates expected to refine the exact threshold.
