**Forecast models from Taiwan's Central Weather Administration (CWA) and international sources indicate a high near 31°C for Taipei on September 14, driven by northeasterly winds advecting moist air and promoting cloud cover with scattered showers that limit daytime heating.** This setup follows recent heavy rain advisories across northern Taiwan, where enhanced moisture has already suppressed peaks relative to earlier September warmth. Historical September averages hover around 30–31°C, providing context for the current outlook, though model consensus shows some spread due to variable shower timing and intensity. Trader-implied probabilities favoring 32°C (44.5%) over 31°C (18.5%) reflect expectations of brief clearing allowing slight exceedance of official guidance, with lower odds on 33°C+ underscoring uncertainty in afternoon convective development. Updated CWA briefings and regional model runs will refine these thresholds ahead of resolution.
