Recent polling from AtlasIntel, DMP, and Projeta shows Eduardo Braga (MDB) maintaining a clear lead for one Amazonas Senate seat in the October 4 election, while the contest for second place remains tightly bunched among Capitão Alberto Neto (PL), Wilson Lima (União Brasil), and incumbent Plínio Valério (PSDB), with margins under five points in the latest surveys. This fragmentation stems from a crowded field of nine declared candidates, shifting voter preferences across party lines, and the mechanics of voters selecting two names, which amplifies small swings in turnout or regional support. Trader consensus pricing Alberto Neto highest for second reflects his consistent polling edge in recent weeks, yet the narrow gaps leave room for late campaign events or alliance shifts to reorder the peloton before ballots close.
