Forecast models from multiple sources indicate a highest temperature in Tokyo on September 19 most likely between 24–26°C under persistent overcast skies, northeasterly winds, and periods of light rain with humidity near 80–90%. These conditions limit daytime solar heating and advect cooler, moist marine air, keeping maxima below the typical late-September climatological peak near 27–28°C. Recent model runs show little disagreement on this range, with any clearing or stronger southerly flow needed to reach 27°C or above remaining unlikely before resolution. Market-implied odds concentrate on 24–26°C because these outcomes align closely with the current consensus guidance and observed trends from the preceding 24–48 hours.

To toggle between Fahrenheit and Celsius, click the "Switch to Metric Units" button until the relevant table displays °C.
This market will resolve once the first data point for the following date has been published on the resolution source, or by 11:59 PM ET on the day following the observation date, whichever comes first.
The resolution source for this market measures temperatures to whole degrees Celsius (eg, 9°C). Thus, this is the level of precision that will be used when resolving the market.
Revisions to temperatures recorded within this market's timeframe will be considered until the first datapoint for the following date has been published, after which any alterations will not be considered.
