**Consensus forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and global models indicate a daily maximum near 28°C for the Seoul-Incheon region on September 8.** Mostly clear to partly cloudy skies, light-to-moderate northwest winds, and dew points around 18–21°C are expected to limit daytime heating while preventing rapid cooling overnight. This aligns with the seasonal transition to early autumn conditions, following recent highs of 29–31°C earlier in the month and ongoing subsidence of the summer monsoon influence. Ensemble guidance shows low spread around these values, with minimal precipitation risk supporting the market's concentration on 27–29°C outcomes. Updated short-range model runs and official observations on the day remain the key variables that could shift the final recorded high.
