Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological services indicate a high of 18–20°C in São Paulo on September 8, driven by a recent cold front and polar air mass that has suppressed temperatures well below the September climatological average of 23–25°C. Persistent cloud cover, light easterly winds, and possible drizzle are limiting daytime warming, with model consensus showing only modest recovery from current unseasonably cool conditions near 12°C. Trader positioning around 20–22°C reflects uncertainty in the precise peak, as any afternoon clearing or delayed frontal passage could add 1–2°C, while continued overcast skies would cap readings nearer 18°C. Updated runs from agencies like INMET will refine the maximum before resolution.
