Recent Met Office forecasts position a 21°C high as the most likely outcome for London on September 8, with breezy westerly winds and light rain risk limiting daytime warming after Monday’s warmer conditions. Model consensus from multiple runs supports highs near 20–21°C under partly cloudy skies, consistent with early September climatology where averages reach 19–20°C. Trader positioning favors 20°C at 36.5% implied probability, reflecting slight downside bias from expected cloud cover and showers, while 19°C and 21°C options cluster near 22% each amid forecast uncertainty. Upcoming updated model guidance and official briefings will likely refine these probabilities ahead of market resolution.
