Clay Fuller, the Republican incumbent who won the April 2026 special runoff to succeed Marjorie Taylor Greene, faces Democrat Shawn Harris in the November 3 general election for Georgia’s 14th district. The district’s strong Republican tilt and the consolidation to two major-party nominees after the multi-candidate special election increase the odds of one candidate securing a majority on the first ballot. Georgia’s runoff rule applies if no candidate exceeds 50 percent, yet historical patterns in this safely Republican seat and limited polling volatility support trader consensus around a 61.5 percent implied probability of an outright winner. A December 1 runoff remains possible only if unexpected turnout shifts or late developments fragment support.
