Recent forecasts from the Korea Meteorological Administration and international models indicate a high of 27–28°C (81–82°F) for Incheon/Seoul on September 17, driven by stable easterly flow, partly to mostly cloudy skies, and the absence of significant frontal systems or precipitation. This aligns with climatological norms for mid-September, when average daily highs hover near 26°C before the seasonal decline accelerates. Current conditions show clear to partly cloudy skies and light winds, with model consensus supporting modest daytime warming under building high pressure. Updated runs through September 15 reinforce these temperatures as the most probable outcomes, though minor shifts in cloud cover or wind could adjust the daily maximum by 1°C. Traders have priced 27°C and 28°C as the clear leaders based on this forecast stability.
