Recent official forecasts and numerical model consensus from sources including the Turkish State Meteorological Service and international providers indicate a maximum temperature of 31–32°C in Ankara on September 6 under mostly clear to sunny skies with light westerly to northerly winds. Diurnal heating under high pressure and low humidity supports afternoon peaks near these levels, consistent with recent observed highs of 29–31°C and climatological norms for early September. Limited model spread and absence of incoming frontal systems or cloud cover reinforce the market’s emphasis on 32°C (57%) and 31°C (34%), with only modest probability assigned to 33°C if insolation or downslope effects strengthen slightly. Updated guidance on September 5 will further refine these implied probabilities.
