Morocco's September 23 legislative elections for the 395-seat House of Representatives remain tightly contested among the main coalition parties, with trader consensus showing PAM and RNI as the closest contenders amid a fragmented field. The Authenticity and Modernity Party has built recent momentum through high-profile recruitment and local mobilization, narrowing what had appeared as a stronger position for the incumbent National Rally of Independents after leadership transitions. Istiqlal maintains historical territorial strength but trails in implied probabilities, while smaller parties register minimal shares. The race stays balanced because electoral outcomes hinge on candidate quality in multi-member districts, regional turnout patterns, and coalition dynamics rather than national polling alone. Key upcoming developments include the start of official campaigning on September 10 and any last-minute endorsements or shifts in voter priorities ahead of the vote.
