**Forecast consensus from official sources like the National Weather Service points to a minimum temperature near 67°F in Los Angeles on September 14, 2026, aligning with the market's leading 68-69°F outcome at 66% implied probability.** Multiple model runs and agency outlooks show overnight lows in the mid-to-upper 60s under clear to partly cloudy skies, light southerly winds, and persistent marine layer influence typical for the region in mid-September. This places the expected low close to the long-term average of ~64°F while well above historical extremes below 60°F. The secondary 78°F-or-higher bucket at 43% likely reflects trader hedging around daytime peaks near 83°F or minor forecast spreads, though it has lower direct relevance to the overnight minimum. Recent stability in high-pressure patterns and absence of cooling fronts or stronger onshore flow have kept probabilities anchored, with limited volatility expected absent late model shifts before resolution.
