Recent forecasts from multiple meteorological sources converge on a daily maximum near 32°C for Shenzhen on September 5, driven by persistent subtropical high pressure, light southerly winds, and partly cloudy conditions with isolated thunderstorms that limit extreme heating. This aligns with early September climatology, where average highs reach 31–32°C amid high humidity and monsoon influences, while recent days have recorded peaks of 29–33°C. Model consensus and real-time observations support the market’s strong weighting toward 32°C, with modest probability assigned to 33°C or higher due to potential convective cooling or brief clear spells. Official readings from the Shenzhen Meteorological Bureau will resolve the market once the full diurnal cycle completes.
