**Stable National Weather Service forecasts for clear skies and persistent southerly flow point to an overnight low near 80°F in Dallas on September 14, underpinning the tight clustering of market-implied odds around the 80–83°F ranges.** Model consensus from GFS and local guidance shows minimal cloud cover and dewpoints in the upper 60s to low 70s, limiting radiational cooling and keeping minimum temperatures in the upper 70s to low 80s despite the calendar date. This setup aligns with the ongoing late-summer heat pattern, where average historical lows for mid-September sit near 71°F but current conditions remain several degrees warmer. Minor variations in wind speed or urban heat effects create the narrow spread among leading outcomes, while the lower-probability 90°F+ and sub-75°F buckets reflect low likelihood of significant forecast shifts before resolution. Traders will watch the next NWS update and any late-model runs for adjustments to the exact minimum.
