SpaceX's June 2026 IPO at a roughly $1.77 trillion valuation anchors the 93.8% market-implied odds, reflecting its established Starlink revenue base, launch operations, and post-IPO public trading data that already exceed OpenAI's recent private rounds of $730–852 billion. Traders view OpenAI's confidential filing and potential late-2026 or 2027 debut—targeting up to $1 trillion—as unlikely to close the gap given its higher cash burn and later timeline. Key swing factors include OpenAI's ability to accelerate revenue from large language model deployments or secure favorable regulatory outcomes, though SpaceX's demonstrated scale in reusable rocketry and satellite services continues to support the current consensus among capital-committed participants.

In the event of an interruption in the course of the normal trading session on the respective companies’ first day of trading (e.g., a circuit breaker or half-day), the market will resolve according to the official closing price of the abbreviated session. If no such official closing price is published, the market will resolve according to the next trading day on which an official closing price is published, treating that as the first day of trading.
