Chinese labs currently drive the tight race for top text-to-video AI by end of November, with ByteDance’s Seedance 2.5 and Kuaishou’s Kling 3.0 posting leading arena scores through stronger motion realism, native audio sync, longer single-pass clips, and reference consistency. Google’s Veo 3.1 and Gemini Omni Flash compete closely on prompt adherence and integrated dialogue, while Runway Gen-4.5 leads in creative controls and post-production tools. Alibaba and MiniMax variants add value pressure via pricing and open-weight options. OpenAI’s Sora exit has narrowed the field, leaving outcomes sensitive to any fresh model drops, benchmark shifts, or capability demos in the next ten weeks.
