Current National Weather Service and private forecasts for Chicago O'Hare point to an overnight low in the mid-60s on September 6, with northeast flow off Lake Michigan likely moderating temperatures near the seasonal normal of 62–63°F. Recent model consensus shows limited overnight cooling under mostly clear skies, though slight variations in wind speed, dew points, or lake-effect moderation could shift the minimum by a few degrees. Trader odds remain closely divided across the 61–69°F range because short-term forecast uncertainty persists until final observations, with the 34.5% probability on 61°F or below reflecting the chance of modest underperformance relative to guidance.
