Recent forecasts from multiple models indicate a high temperature in Tokyo on September 5 likely between 24–26°C, with persistent cloud cover, northeast winds, and periods of light rain or showers limiting daytime warming from overnight lows near 21–23°C. Model consensus points to modest afternoon peaks under humid, overcast conditions rather than the clearer skies that supported higher readings earlier in the week. The tight market spread between 24°C and 25°C reflects remaining uncertainty over exact rain timing and any brief breaks in cloud that could allow an extra degree of warming before evening cooling. Official Japan Meteorological Agency observations will determine the final daily maximum.
