Trader consensus heavily favors a 29°C high in Busan on September 5 due to consistent forecasts from agencies showing daytime maxima of 27–29°C under northeasterly winds and partly cloudy skies. Current observations and model runs indicate stable high pressure with moderate humidity and no significant warm advection, keeping temperatures below the 30°C threshold typical for stronger southerly flows in early September. Historical September baselines for the region support this range, with strong NE winds often suppressing peak heating. The low probabilities assigned to 30°C or higher reflect limited upside from potential forecast revisions or reduced cloud cover, while sub-28°C outcomes remain improbable absent rapid cooling not indicated in official guidance.
