This market will resolve to "Yes" if Darline Graham wins at least the specified percentage of the valid votes cast in the 2026 South Carolina special Republican primary runoff election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No". If the results of the specified election are not known definitively by November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”. If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.Darline Graham, appointed by Gov. Henry McMaster to complete her late brother Lindsey Graham's Senate term after his July 2026 death, faces U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman in the August 25 Republican primary runoff. She advanced from the August 11 special primary as the top vote-getter in a 10-candidate field but fell short of a majority, while Norman secured second place. The contest centers on contrasts between Graham's emphasis on family political continuity and outsider appeal versus Norman's congressional experience. A debate and forums in the final week have sharpened messaging ahead of the vote that will select the nominee expected to face Democrat Annie Andrews in the general election.
