TX-15 remains tightly contested ahead of the November 2026 general election because redistricting altered the district's composition while Democratic nominee Bobby Pulido brings notable name recognition as a Tejano musician against incumbent Republican Monica De La Cruz. Recent primary results and polling show the candidates essentially even, with Pulido edging some surveys and De La Cruz holding others within a few points. Midterm dynamics, Hispanic voter mobilization, and fundraising trajectories keep the race within the margin of error. Additional polls, major endorsements, or shifts in national political conditions could widen the gap before Election Day.
