Incumbent Democrat Jared Moskowitz secured the FL-25 nomination in the August 18 primary with roughly 63 percent of the vote, defeating challenger Oliver Larkin and positioning the party favorably for the November general election. Scott Singer emerged as the Republican nominee after winning his primary. The district's competitive character, shaped by recent redistricting and its South Florida voter base, contributes to the 74-26 market split favoring Democrats. Traders appear to weigh Moskowitz's established name recognition and fundraising edge against Republican efforts to close the gap in a toss-up rated contest by multiple forecasters. No major late developments have shifted the implied probability in the days since the primaries.
