South Carolina Republicans will decide their nominee for the U.S. Senate seat vacated by the late Lindsey Graham in an August 25 runoff between appointed incumbent Darline Graham and Rep. Ralph Norman. Graham, who received her brother’s endorsement and was appointed by Gov. Henry McMaster shortly after his July death, finished first in the August 11 special primary with roughly one-third of the vote against a crowded field that included Norman and Rep. Russell Fry. The abbreviated campaign has centered on Graham’s limited prior elected experience versus Norman’s congressional tenure, campaign fundraising, and policy differences, with recent runoff forums highlighting those contrasts. Early voting runs through August 21 ahead of the contest that will select the general-election opponent for Democrat Annie Andrews.

This market will resolve to "Yes" if Darline Graham wins at least the specified percentage of the valid votes cast in the 2026 South Carolina special Republican primary runoff election. Otherwise, this market will resolve to "No".
If the results of the specified election are not known definitively by November 30, 2026, 11:59 PM ET, this market will resolve to “No”.
The primary resolution source for this market will be information from the State of South Carolina, such as official statewide results published by the South Carolina Election Commission (https://scvotes.gov/); however, an overwhelming consensus of credible reporting may suffice.
If a recount is initiated before the vote total has been made official, the market will remain open until the recount is completed and the vote is made official.
