Recent polling averages position the Social Democrats first and Sweden Democrats second, placing the Moderate Party on track for third in the September 13 vote, which underpins the current trader consensus. The governing Tidö arrangement of Moderates, Christian Democrats, and Liberals backed by the Sweden Democrats has seen its bloc trail the opposition red-green parties by double digits in multiple August surveys from Novus, Verian, and Demoskop. Moderate support has remained range-bound near 17 percent while Sweden Democrats hold a narrow edge around 19-20 percent, limiting crossover potential in the final weeks. Coalition dynamics and voter fatigue with the current administration reinforce the positional outlook without evidence of late momentum shifts.
